Guideline

  • ・「こころの」は旅館でもホテルでも貸別荘でもありません。 ワンランク上のゲストハウスと言えば良いでしょうか。
    その時の状況により、お子様連れのファミリーから友達同士、一人旅まで。ドミトリー、個室、貸し切り等でご利用頂けます。
  • ・チェックイン　15:00~日没前まで　　チェックアウト　~10:00　＊チェックインが日没以降になりそうな場合にはご相談ください。
  • ・お支払い：チェックアウト時に現金にてお支払い下さい。又は到着以前にネットバンク等から事前のお振込みも可能です。必要に応じて問い合わせください。
  • ・お食事・夕食　：食材はスタッフがご用意し、囲炉裏や大型グリルを使いBBQを楽しんで頂きます。・朝食：スタッフがご用意します。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　（ドミトリー・個室・一棟貸し切り等により異なる事がありますので詳しくは問い合わせ下さい。
  • ・建物へのアクセスは橋が無いため、お客さまご自身で川を渡る必要があります。天候や川の水位によってはご宿泊が難しいと判断する場合があります。その際、宿泊の前日昼までにはご連絡を差し上げます。時として我々にはどうする事も出来ない自然が相手の宿になりますため、どうぞご理解頂きます様よろしくお願いします。
  • ・川の水深が30cm程度になることがあります。また川底には藻が生えているため滑りやすいです。長靴もしくはウォーターシューズをご持参ください。
  • ・ご宿泊中の施設や家具その他の破損、汚損につきましては実費分をご負担頂きます。（例；ハウスクリーニング　3万円／布団弁償　1万円）
  • ・日没以降及び飲酒後の川遊びは厳禁です。スタッフの注意や呼びかけに応じて頂けない場合には退去頂く場合がありますので予めご了承ください。また、滞在中の怪我などの責任は一切負えません。
  • ・施設内は全て禁煙です。喫煙される方は指定の場所で吸い殻入れ持参でお願いします。万が一、臭い含め指定の場所以外での喫煙の疑いがあると思われる場合には退去頂くケースがあり、またハウスクリーニング代を請求させて頂く事になりますので予めご了承ください。
  • ・環境に配慮して、持ち込まれたビン・缶・プラスチックのゴミは持ち帰りください。
  • ・【こころの】は小さな集落にあり音が響く環境にあるため、飲んで騒ぐような楽しみ方は出来ません。静かに過ごす事が難しい方は他の施設をご利用ください。特に大声や楽器演奏、花火（手持ち花火のみ可）は21時までのご協力をお願い致します。

＊貸別荘との違い＊

  • 【こころの】スタッフはコテージ内に常駐し、ゲスト様との交流を大切にしています。お客様のプライバシーに不用意に立ち入る事はありませんが、完璧に隔離されている貸別荘とは少々異なりますので予めご了承ください
  • •Kokorono is not a ryokan, hotel, or rental villa. It is a high-class guesthouse.  Depending on the situation, we can accommodate dormitories, private rooms, or even the entire house.
  • •Check in 15:00~Sunset     Check out ~10:00 ＊Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after sunset.
  • •Payment: Please pay in cash on site.  You can also make a transfer via online banking before your arrival.　If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • •Meals/Dinner: Staff will prepare the ingredients and you can enjoy a BBQ using the hearth and large grill. ・Breakfast: Prepared by staff.(This may vary depending on whether you are staying in a dormitory, private room, or renting the entire building, so please inquire for details.)
  • • Access to the building requires crossing the river as there is no bridge.
    Guests will need to wade through the river on their own. Depending on the weather and water levels, we may determine that staying at the facility is unsafe. In such cases, we will notify you by noon the day before your scheduled stay. Since this accommodation relies on nature, which is beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding.
  • • The river depth can reach approximately 30 cm, and the riverbed is slippery due to algae.
    Please bring rubber boots or water shoes for safety.
  • • Any damage or staining to the facilities, furniture, or other items during your stay will be charged at cost.
    (Examples: House cleaning fee: ¥30,000 / Bedding replacement: ¥10,000)
  • • Playing in the river after sunset or under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
    If guests do not comply with staff warnings or instructions, they may be asked to leave. Please also note that we are not liable for any injuries during your stay.
  • • Smoking is strictly prohibited within all areas of the facility.
    Smokers must use designated areas. If we suspect smoking, including lingering odors, outside the designated areas, you may be asked to leave and charged a house cleaning fee. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • • To protect the environment, please take any glass, cans, or plastic waste you bring with you when you leave.
  • • Kokoro is located in a small village where sound carries easily.
    This is not a place for noisy drinking parties. If you find it difficult to enjoy a quiet stay, we kindly ask you to consider other accommodations. Specifically, we request that loud voices, musical instruments, and fireworks (only handheld fireworks are allowed) be kept to a minimum and cease by 9:00 PM.

Difference from a Vacation Rental

  • Kokoro staff are stationed within the cottage to assist and interact with guests, fostering a sense of connection. While we respect your privacy and will not intrude unnecessarily, please understand that this is different from a fully isolated vacation rental.
