The place is a sacred realm overflowing with water.
Kokorono is not a ryokan, hotel, or rental villa. It is a high-class guesthouse. Depending on the situation, we can accommodate families with children, friends, or solo travelers in dormitories, private rooms, or private rentals.
Kokorono is located in a somewhat inconvenient location, accessible only by walking across the riverbed from the road, through farmland. However, we believe that this inconvenience is of special value in this day and age.
Leaving the roadway, passing through farmland, crossing a river, and returning to nature from our usual busy, spare reality, gives us a chance to relax our minds and look at things we normally don't notice.
Cross the riverbed and you will find yourself in a divine place where eight million gods dwell. In this place embraced by nature and the gods, listen to your own “ inner voice” and to the voices of nature, the earth, the universe, and the 8 million gods.
Each visitor can feel something and experience that something. We are looking forward to providing such a space for you at Kokorono.
